Method
This taramasalata recipe is a super speedy twist on the traditional Greek dish, swapping fish roe for smoked salmon and incorporating other staples you’re likely to have lurking in your fridge - perfect for whizzing up a dip when unexpected guests stop by. If you don’t have a food processor simply beat the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz. Scrape down the sides thoroughly and blitz again, until well combined but still with some texture.
- Spoon into a dish and drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
