Method
This clever side dish was created exclusively for Lidl by barbecue expert Helen Graves: ‘Grilled cucumber adds an extra dimension of flavour to this salsa.’
- Chop the cucumber into 8 pieces and grill over direct heat for 10 minutes until well charred.
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jam jar and shake until emulsified.
- Dice the cucumber, coat with the dressing and scatter over the herbs.
