Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Place the skewers and the chips on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until the skewers are cooked through and the chips are crisp and golden.
Toast the pitta breads until soft. Split open along the edge and then stuff each with a handful of salad leaves for colour. Add some chips to each for crunch and then add a skewer to each. Top with a tablespoon of creamy tzatziki. Remove the stalks from the peppers and add one red and two green chillies to each pitta pocket for a bit of punch. Serve.
