Preparation
1. Place a deep frying pan over the heat and add 1 large handful diced chorizo. Add chopped onion and fry until softened.
2. Add 1 tin butter beans, 1 carton passata and a generous pinch of paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes, then crack 4 eggs over the top and cover the pan with a lid or foil. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
