  1. Into a large bowl, mix together the spinach, finely chopped spring onion, Greek yoghurt, crumbled feta, salt and pepper. Mix with hands.

  2. For one large burek, roll out the puff pastry and top with the mixture. Fold the puff pastry over and crimp the edges. There's an option to have sharing pieces too by slicing the pastry before topping with the mixture

  3. Egg wash and season with salt. Bake at 200˚C for 20–25 mins (packaging recommendations).

  4. Leave to cool, slice and serve with the Ayran.

  5. For the Ayran
  6. Simply mix Greek yoghurt, water and salt into a large jug and pour.

  7. Calorie count based on one portion.
