Sticky black bean cod
A great recipe when time is tight, serve this sticky black bean cod with two portions of your favourite vegetables.
- For bulk dice 480g cod loin and mix with 1/2 pouch black bean sauce for richness. Fry the cod in a splash of oil for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- Set aside and, in another splash of oil, cook 150g mange tout for crunch, 340g tin sweetcorn for bite and 100g kale or 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 pouches black bean sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the cod to heat through. Serve with rice.
