Method
Zingy and sticky, nothing beats a good bit of spicy chicken on the barbecue - and these Cajun wings will soon become a firm favourite.
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6.
- Mix the lime zest and juice for zing, Cajun spice for kick, olive oil, honey to add stickiness and some seasoning in a large bowl then tip in the chicken wings and stir to fully coat.
- If cooking on the BBQ or a griddle, cook for 10 minutes, turning regularly, until nicely charred then transfer to a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked all the through. Scatter over the spring onions for punch to serve.
- Alternatively cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
