Sweet and creamy overnight oats
These sweet and creamy overnight oats for little ones aged 12+ months can be made in batches in the evening to save on stress for the next few mornings!
- In a large bowl, add 200g porridge oats for bite, 400ml coconut milk for creaminess, 1 tbsp milled chia seeds and 150ml whole milk.
- For bulk, add 1 grated apple and 100g raspberries and mix it all together, lightly crushing the raspberries.
- Cover and chill overnight in the fridge. Mix again before serving and top with another handful of raspberries for fruitiness.
