Method

These sweet and creamy overnight oats for little ones aged 12+ months can be made in batches in the evening to save on stress for the next few mornings!

  1. In a large bowl, add 200g porridge oats for bite, 400ml coconut milk for creaminess, 1 tbsp milled chia seeds and 150ml whole milk.
  2. For bulk, add 1 grated apple and 100g raspberries and mix it all together, lightly crushing the raspberries.
  3. Cover and chill overnight in the fridge. Mix again before serving and top with another handful of raspberries for fruitiness.
