Toasted almond iced coffee
Similar to the classic White Russian, this rich cocktail recipe combines cream and coffee liqueur. Amaretto and toasted almonds give it an extra hit of festive flavour.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice and add a further handful to a cocktail shaker (or large jam jar, if you don't have one).
- Pour the amaretto, coffee liqueur and cream into the shaker, then seal the lid and shake vigorously for 1 minute until chilled and mixed.
- Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glasses, garnishing with a scatter of toasted almonds and a piece of chocolate wafer biscuit.
