Preparation

  1. To make Tommy, start by peeling the kiwis – remove the ends and slice into 4x 1cm slices. Keep the ends of the kiwi and remove some kiwi pips. These will become Tommy’s eyes. (Alternatively, you can use food colouring pens).

  2. Now for the grapes (no eating them just yet!). Cut 4 grapes in half and place 2 kiwi pips onto them. These will make Tommy’s head. If you’ve eaten all your grapes, you could use gooseberries or blueberries instead!

  3. Next cut the remaining grapes or berries of your choice into quarters. These will be Tommy’s fabulous flippers.

  4. To assemble, place the kiwi slices onto the plate, pop the head and flippers next to it and admire your very own tip-top Tommy the Turtle – enjoy!

  5. Portion size: 71g – 1 of your five-a-day!
