X marks the spot! Make teatime prep fun for the kids with this treasure map pizza tart - a deliciously creative way to get them involved with the cooking. Serve with two portions of vegetables on the side.

Preparation
1. Unroll 275g puff pastry sheet and snip several triangles from the edges, scoring a 2cm border. Lay across a baking sheet and prick all over with a fork, brushing the border with milk.
2. Spread over 2 tbsp passata and top with a mix of 150g grated mozzarella and 30g grated cheddar. Use toppings cut into shapes to decorate your ‘map' with landmarks - salami tree trunks and pyramids, sliced black olives for birds and footprints, and pieces of red and yellow pepper for campfires and an X marks the spot!
3. Bake at 220ºC/200ºfan/gas 7 for 20 mins, then decorate the tops of the tree-trunks with fresh basil leaves.
