Tropical smoothie bowl
This tropical smoothie bowl recipe is packed full of vitamins to help you feel good inside and out. Lifestyle blogger Jemma Andrew-Adiamah created this healthy breakfast as the perfect way to get a holiday glow ahead of going away: ‘This tropical tasting smoothie contains vitamin C for great skin and the immune system, and linseed contains fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.'
- Blitz together the mango, pineapple, yoghurt, linseed, banana, ice and coconut water and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and arrange the mango slices over the top. Scatter over the granola and coconut, garnishing with a handful of fresh berries.
