A winner for brunch or lunch, try this haggis and bacon toastie recipe when delicious leftovers deserve extra special treatment.
1. Fry 2 slices streaky bacon in a wide frying pan until crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Butter two slices wholemeal bread on both sides and fry until golden all over.
3. Layer up the toastie with onion chutney, grated cheddar, leftover haggis and the bacon. Return to the pan until the cheese has melted.
