  • To decorate the board




    1.Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Put the cheese in an ovenproof dish and slash the top. Mix the honey and chilli flakes and pour over the top of the cheese to add kick. Place the dish on a baking tray, to catch any cheese that may bubble over, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until oozy and golden.

    2. Meanwhile, to build the sharing board, quarter the artichoke hearts and place in a little bowl, along with the olives in another bowl. Place these on the board with some cocktails sticks and then build up the board with the rest of the ingredients, leaving space in the middle for the cheese.

    3. Toast the sourdough and cut into chunky fingers for a cheese dipper with crunch and add to the board. Decorate with some herb sprigs and grapes to add a splash of colour, then place the cheese in the centre. Get dipping!
