Ingredients

200 g g chicken breast fillet chicken breast fillet
(chopped into chunks)
1 broccoli broccoli
(cut into florets)
2 carrots carrot
(cut into batons)
200 g g mushrooms mushroom
(quartered)
250 g g egg noodles egg noodle
1 packs pack oyster and spring onion sauce oyster and spring onion sauce
0.5 tbsp tbsp sunflower oil sunflower oil
0.5 packs pack coriander coriander
(chopped)

Method

This easy chicken stir-fry is super quick to cook, which makes it a great filling meal to serve up after sport.

  1. Heat the oil in a large wok and add the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes, or until cooked, then add the carrots and broccoli.
  2. Stir in the mushrooms and sauce and mix well, then add the noodles to the pan and toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes until the noodles have warmed through, then divide between bowls and garnish with fresh coriander.
