Preparation

  1. Mix the rice with the milks, vanilla, sugar and rose water.

  2. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake at 160c for approximately 80 minutes until soft

  3. Fruit - boil the sugar, water, vanilla and lime for 8 minutes until slightly syrupy

  4. Cool completely

  5. Add the fruit and chill for at least an hour

  6. Serve the hot pud with lovely cold fruit and nuts on top
