Preparation
Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake at 160c for approximately 80 minutes until soft
Fruit - boil the sugar, water, vanilla and lime for 8 minutes until slightly syrupy
Cool completely
Add the fruit and chill for at least an hour
Serve the hot pud with lovely cold fruit and nuts on top
