Preparation
Roughly chop four of the Cantuccini biscuits into chunky crumbs, then prepare the coffee.
Spoon two scoops of creamy ice cream into each of four serving dishes, then pour over the hot espresso. Scatter over the biscuit crumbs for crunch and serve immediately, with the extra Cantuccini biscuits to serve.
