Mango and Pineapple Crumble

Preparation
Add the flour and butter to a bowl, then mix to create a crumbly texture.Add the sugar, oats, crushed ginger nut biscuits for some added crunch and mix.
Make the puree by placing a pan on high heat and adding the all the juices for extra fruitiness, plus the sugar, corn flour, vanilla and cinnamon for some warmth, then bring to a boil.
Using a deep oven pan, place the mango and pineapple chunks for extra zing inside and mix, then pour your puree over the fruits.
Carefully add the crumble mixture on top making sure it is evenly spread over.Place in oven for 45mins until crust is golden brown.
