Preparation

    A refreshing summer punch that's loaded with fruit, fresh mint and slices of cooling cucumber. Make up a big jug or two to enjoy in the garden on a sunny afternoon.

  1. Fill a jug with a couple of large handfuls of ice and pour over the Peyton's. Add the lemonade, mixing to combine.

  2. Carefully add the strawberries, mint and cucumber to the jug, topping up with a little more ice if required.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
