This easy Champagne cocktail recipe takes just minutes to prepare, but is still stylish and elegant. Swap the Champagne for Prosecco and serve with cream and extra strawberries for the perfect summer tipple.

1. Mash the strawberries into a chunky purée using a fork and divide between Champagne flutes.
