Preparation

    Soft and chewy these tasty biscuits are perfect for teething gums. Plus, they can be kept for 3-4 days in an air tight container or frozen for up to 3 months.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c / 160°c fan /gas mark 4.

  2. For bulk, mash the bananas with a fork, and scrape into a bowl.

  3. Add egg, orange zest for zing, porridge oats for chew and the mixed spice for adventure of taste and mix well.

  4. Place tablespoon sized scoops of the mix onto a greaseproof lined baking tray. Flatten each scoop slightly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
