Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°c / 160°c fan /gas mark 4.
For bulk, mash the bananas with a fork, and scrape into a bowl.
Add egg, orange zest for zing, porridge oats for chew and the mixed spice for adventure of taste and mix well.
Place tablespoon sized scoops of the mix onto a greaseproof lined baking tray. Flatten each scoop slightly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
